I promised my partner I'd always wear ALL my gear when riding. Full leathers are a nuisance when I'm commuting and overkill just to get a coffee. I'd previously had riding jeans but they were uncomfortable, itchy, and occasionally felt like fibres were sticking in me. These jeans are entirely different. They fit like regular jeans. The armour is discrete. They are very comfortable and feel amazing. Incredible that I am still wearing full gear but when I'm off the bike don't need to squeek like when leather clad and don't feel like an idiot wearing branding like a billboard.
